In this six-week Skills Toolbox™ Workshop for Couples we take a close look at what it takes in our busy lives to build trust and friendship in a relationship which, in turn, makes it easier to deal with conflict effectively. Based on solid research, and drawing on approaches that work, the Workshop focuses on developing skills that can be learned quite quickly & used in everyday situations.

Successful relationships really depend on using skills. Our Skills Toolbox™ provides powerful, effective ways of making your relationship work, especially for couples who feel that there isn’t enough time for one another or the relationship.
